Description

Digital wiring harness version C-BS for switch – and button operation
The available electronics boxes on the market reduce the number of routed cables on the bike. This makes the installation easier. Nevertheless, it is amazing how much cable is still present on the bike. The universal digital harness version C-BS (BS stands for button and switch control) goes a revolutionary new way: A small control box on the handlebar and a small control box on the rear part of the bike take over the complete control of the bike and -communicate- via a thin serial line. The various switches and buttons, as well as the load cables from the consumers are wired to the respective closer box. This saves various meters of cable, the load lines to the consumers are shorter and the installation time is drastically reduced in the case of a new installation.

Dimensions: Handlebar box: 50mm length x 12mm width x 42mm height
Frame box: 50mm x 42mm x 12mm
Current consumption: maximum 7mA at 12V
Housing: black impact-resistant ABS plastic, waterproof encapsulated
Input voltage: 7 – 18 volts
Connections: Control inputs 0.1mm², power outputs 1 mm², 20 cm each
Maximum output current: 10 amps for start relay/lift solenoid, 5 amps for high/low beam, 3 amps for the other outputs
Maximum ambient temperature: 80 degrees Celsius
Allowable current from 12V connection: 20 amps

The power indicated by them is less than that of the new indicator.
This could lead to problems when connecting to your vehicle.
If you have the option to replace the turn signal relay, we recommend that you use one of our load-independent turn signal relays.
If you are stuck, then we would be happy to hear from you.

ORDER THE MATCHING RESISTOR DIRECTLY WITH IT!

Why?
It is possible that when you install your new turn signal, the flashing frequency no longer fits or an error code appears in the cockpit.

Solution:
1. Enter here the original flasher power (in watts). You will then receive a suggestion for a suitable* resistor that fixes the described problem.
2. or use one of our load-independent flasher relays.

Performance of the new turn signal Watt
Performance of their original turn signal Watt

* This is a calculated suggestion. In individual cases, there may be minor deviations.
