Die AMP SUPERSEAL 1,5 SERIE-Steckverbinder wurden entwickelt um den technisch höheren Anspruch an Steckverbindern hinsichtlich Wasserdichtigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit gerecht zu werden.
Die AMP SUPERSEAL 1,5 SERIE-Steckverbinder entsprechen den Vorschriften der IEC 529 sowie der DIN 40050 IP 67 und sind somit geeignet für den Einsatz in der Automobil-Industrie, der Landwirtschaft sowie der Maschinenbau-Industrie.
Auch für den Einsatz an Sensoren ist dieses System geeignet.
