ESJOT sport sprockets steel 520er pitch (5/8×1/4)
The sport steel sprockets are significantly lighter, compared to conventional steel sprockets. The weight is reduced by specific drillings.
ForPinion, only 16 MnCR 5 steel is machined to OEM quality on high precision CNC lathes. Due to the special gearing process and a
case hardening of 700 HV40 with an insert depth of 0.4mm, our sprockets
meet the highest quality requirements. By means of modern broaching machines we guarantee an exact
fitting dimension on the drive shaft with a roundand axial run-out tolerance of less than 0.1mm.
