The sport steel sprockets are significantly lighter, compared to conventional steel sprockets. The weight is reduced by specific drillingsreduced.

For pinions, only 16 MnCR 5 steel is machined to OEM quality on high precision br/>CNC lathes. Thanks to the special gear cutting process and a
case hardening of 700 HV 40 at an insert depth of 0.4mm, our sprockets
meet the highest quality requirements. Due to modern broaching machines we guarantee an exact
fitting dimension on theDrive shaft with a radial and axial runout tolerance of less than 0.1mm.
