High efficiency as well as soft and fast reaction to load changes of the D.I.D chains are the result of years of further development in racing, state-of-the-art manufacturing methods and highest material quality. Currently the best D.I.D chain in terms of deformation and elongation.
The secret behind the chains’ amazing performance is D.I.D’s exclusive pin hardening process. This forms an extremely hard layer on the surface, but keeps the bolt core softer. In contact with hard foreign bodies, these chains are particularly resistant, while they simply absorb shocks. In addition, they are well protected against rust.
The specially shaped D.I.D-X ring seals significantly change the friction surface of the lugs. At the same time, the doubling of the sealing points from 2 to 4 results in a significantly higher level of safety against lubricant loss and perfect protection against contamination.

ESJOT is a producer for the two-wheel industry, with the most extensive stock of sprockets and pinions in the country. The steels used meet the highest requirements and thus satisfy OEM quality. High tensile strengths of the material guarantee a long service life. The aluminum sprockets are made of aluminum 7075 version T6. This hardened material, in conjunction with complete milling on the latest CNC machines, guarantees the highest quality. Of course all ESJOT sprockets are anodized.

The innovative Diamond-Cut production process for the toothing of sprockets with which a significantly higher quality standard is achieved compared to the conventional milled sprocket. Precision tools give you an optimised cutting pattern. At the same time, the material is highly strengthened in the tooth flank area, so that in many cases an additional hardening process is unnecessary. Only the highest quality German steels are used to ensure consistently high quality.
