Wilbers progressive fork springs
With Wilbers progressive fork springs you achieve a perfect tuning of your front fork without breakthrough. In addition you get an ABE and thus save even moreTime and money for entries.
Reducing friction by fine grinding, this is how ZERO friction is created.
In vibratory grinding, the components to be machined are located, such as ourFork springs, together with a grinding wheel specially adapted for this application, in a vibrating container, the so-called trough vibrator. The vibrations of the container generateA relative movement between the workpiece and the grinding wheel and lead to a smoothing of the component surface due to the constant rubbing against each other. At the end of the machining process, a fine, shiny surface. Especially with our fork springs, this reduction of surface roughness means a minimization of friction = ZERO friction.
