Description

Wanna Relay
This is an electronic, dual relay.
If one of the two inputs is connected to ground via a switch, the associated 12 V output is switched on.
The outputs can supply power up to 60 W in continuous operation. Typical power consumers that are operated by non-latching buttons (horn, starter) can be controlled with Wanna Relay.
The use of the relay instead of a direct connection of the consumer to the switch allows the use of the smallest cable cross-sections and pushbuttons with low current values.

Market price (of competitor products with comparable properties):
There are currently only multi-channel “switch boxes” (electronic central controls) for several hundred euros, with which consumers can be switched by pushbutton

Product advantages:
Extremely thin cable cross-sections for the connection of the pushbuttons
Use of switches for low currents despite consumers with high currents
Extension of the service life of switches
2 independent channels
Very small dimensions and low weight
Completely sealed Product (waterproof)
Smaller and more flexible than expensive multi-channel switch boxes
Protection against all possible wiring errors
More flexible than “all in one smart boxes”
Reasonable pricing due to lot sizes related to the whole WannaX family

Specifications:
Size cylinder: diameter 28 mm x 15 mm (embedded potting)
Weight: <20 g (potting and cable included) Voltage range: 6 - 14 V Output current: max. 2 x 40 W or 1 x 60 W continuous operation Inputs: Switching contact against vehicle ground. Limitations: Wanna Relay can only switch loads by switching +12 V on or off. Devices that require switching to vehicle ground cannot be switched directly with Wanna Relay. To switch ground via a pushbutton switch, an additional mechanical relay must be used.

The power indicated by them is less than that of the new indicator.
This could lead to problems when connecting to your vehicle.
If you have the option to replace the turn signal relay, we recommend that you use one of our load-independent turn signal relays.
If you are stuck, then we would be happy to hear from you.

ORDER THE MATCHING RESISTOR DIRECTLY WITH IT!

Why?
It is possible that when you install your new turn signal, the flashing frequency no longer fits or an error code appears in the cockpit.

Solution:
1. Enter here the original flasher power (in watts). You will then receive a suggestion for a suitable* resistor that fixes the described problem.
2. or use one of our load-independent flasher relays.
