X-Bar aluminum handlebars from LSL – 28.6mm Ø in the clamping area / 22.2mm Ø in the grip area

LSL stands for outstanding handlebar quality.
This is due to the company’s own selection of materials and material treatment as well as the production quality of the handlebars, which has been optimized over decades.
The X-Bar handlebars are twice as rigid as standard handlebars.
The basis for this exceptional stability of the handlebars is the large diameter in the clamping area and the even, tapered transition to the grip area.
The handlebars are less bouncy and offer more reserves under extreme loads.

The diameter of the handlebars is 28.6 mm in the clamping area and tapers to 22.2 mm towards the grip tube.
The wall thickness of the handlebar ends is 4 mm (inner Ø 14 mm). The surface is matt bead-blasted or high-gloss polished and available in up to four anodized colors, depending on the handlebar type.

We also offer a version with carbon fiber sheathing.
As already known in the high-tech bicycle sector, LSL now also offers a version of the X-Bar handlebar with a genuine carbon fiber coating.
The aluminum tube is covered with a carbon fiber tube. This sandwich construction achieves a further reduction in weight with the same handlebar stiffness.
The production is absolute precision work. This is the only way to comply with the required tolerances of a motorcycle handlebar.
When fitting these handlebars, great care must be taken to ensure that the transparent top layer of the carbon fiber material is not damaged.

The handlebars are supplied without holes for the anti-rotation protection of the switch fittings.
We recommend using an LSL drilling template in order to adopt the position of the holes from the standard handlebar in the best possible way.

All LSL handlebars are supplied with ABE.
The range of models is huge and is expanded every year with new entries.
In the ABE you will find reliable documentation of which handlebar type fits and is approved for your motorcycle.
As a rule, the allocations in the ABE are unconditional.
However, there are also exceptions.
For example, LSL offers handlebar mounts for many models, with which you can also mount one of the X-Bar handlebars on a motorcycle with a standard 22.2 mm mount.
So take a look at the entry for your motorcycle in the ABE.
If you cannot find your vehicle in the ABE, the ABE can be used as an accompanying document for an individual approval.

Care instructions:
– Only use acid- and alkali-free cleaner for all handlebars and their surface variants!
– Never clean in direct sunlight and do not allow the cleaner to dry.
– Avoid contact with brake fluid, brake cleaner, oil, fuel, polishing pastes with abrasive particles, etc.; immediately absorb any dripping with a soft cloth.
– Test the compatibility of cleaning agents on an inconspicuous area before use!
– No guarantee or warranty in the event of improper cleaning and care.
